ChatWILL automatically sends email notifications in specific scenarios to help agents and customers stay updated and avoid missing important messages. Below is a detailed explanation of each email notification type and when it is triggered.
1. Assignment Email Notification
When a conversation is assigned to you.

An email notification is sent to your inbox immediately.

2. Test Email Notification
When you send a test email from the Notification settings
Select Email notification only
Click Send test notification
A test email is sent to your inbox immediately. This helps verify that your email notification settings are working correctly
3. Unread Conversation Reminder Email (After 15 Minutes)
When a customer sends you a message and it remains unread for more than 15 minutes. An email reminder is sent to your inbox
Note: This email is only sent if the message stays unread continuously for 15 minutes.

4. Customer Email Notification (After 5 Minutes of No Response)
When an agent sends a message to a customer, but the customer does not come online or view the message within 5 minutes, an email notification with your last 3 message will be sent to the customer’s email address.
