Chatwill AI Chatbot allows your customers to track their orders directly from the chat widget.
1. Enable the Order Tracking feature
Go to Chat Widget → Content → Tools, then enable the Track my order button.

2. Customer clicks "Track my order"
When customers click the button, a message "Track my order" and tracking widget will appear.
Customers can search by Order number + Email/Phone
Or by Tracking number

3. Order details displayed
After entering their information, customers can see full order details, including:
Order status and shipping progress
Products and quantities
Total amount
Shipping information
Order creation time

4. Redirect to tracking page
When customers click the tracking number, they will be redirected to the tracking page (see the 2nd screenshot).
