1. For the first time contact customer, it will neccasary to fill in their email address first to send out the message

2. This email address will be collected in "Details" and sync relevant order information in your Shopify store.


Note: when a new customer fist time start a new conversation on ChatWILL AI Chatbot, only recent 45 days order info can be synced to the details
