1. Go to ChatWILL - AI Chatbot, click inbox, and click "Go to inbox".

2. You will find the new message in "Unread" list.

3. Once you replied, the message will go to "Unassigned" list by default

4. You can assign this conversation to yourself

5. An assign record will display in the conversation.

6. This conversation will only visible in "Assigned to me" list, only you can see this conversation

7. After assigning to yourself, you will also receive a notification in you email.
