ChatWILL supports automatic translation of customer messages, allowing you to read and reply in your preferred language with ease.

You can enable this feature in two ways:
Option 1: From Settings
1. Go to ChatWILL → Inbox.

2. Click preference.

3. Go to Message preferences, under Automatically translate incoming messages to, select your preferred language and click Save.
Once enabled, any messages from customers in other languages will automatically display a translated version below the original message

Option 2: From the Conversation Window
If you haven’t set up automatic translation before, you can enable it directly under the message.
Simply click [Select a language] below the message and choose your preferred language. ChatWILL will remember your choice and automatically translate future messages into that language.
