From your ChatWILL App Dashboard, go to Chat Widget → Language.
In this section of your ChatWILL App Dashboard, you can:
1. Edit your default language (synced with your Shopify store)
2. Manually adjust translations for each language
3. Enable or disable automatic translation
Edit the Default Language
The default language is automatically synced with your Shopify store’s default language.
To change it, go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Languages, click the three dots beside your current default language, and select Change Default Language.


Manually Edit Translations
Select your publish language and click on each text field to update or correct translations manually.
This allows you to fully customize how messages appear in different languages.
Enable Automatic Translation
Simply toggle the Enable Automatic Translation button to turn this feature on.
