How to update your profile in ChatWILL inbox?

1. From your ChatWILL Inbox, go to Preferences to access your profile settings.

2. Select Message Preferences.

3. Click your avatar to upload a new picture.

a. Recommended size: 60 × 60 px

b. Maximum file size: 5 MB

c. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG

4. Update your display name. You can set a display name with up to 60 characters.

a. For best results, we recommend using a short and simple name.

b. This makes it easier for customers to remember and pronounce your name.
