How to Add ChatWILL's Shortcut to Your Phone Home Screen?
By following the steps below, you can add a ChatWILL shortcut to your mobile phone's home screen and reply to customer messages anytime, anywhere.📱 For iPhone Users1. In ChatWILL desktop, go to Inbox → Preferences → Notification, then click Install App.2. On your iPhone, open the camera or or QR code scaner, select iOS from the navigation bar, and scan the QR code provided.3. A log in page appears, enter your email address associate with ChatWILL. 4. Check your email and enter the verification code to complete the email verification. 5. After logging in successfully, tap the three dots icon in the bottom right corner, then select Share. 6. Tap Add to Home Screen. 7. ChatWILL's shortcut icon will now be added to your home screen. You do not need to log in again — simply tap the icon to open ChatWILL and start chatting with your customers. 🤖 For Android UsersAt the beginning, please select Android instead of iOS, then follow the same steps above to complete the setup. How can a customer send message to me?
1. For the customer who first time contact you, it will be necessary for them to fill in their email address first to send out the message 2. This email address will be saved under "Details" and automatically synced with the relevant order information in your Shopify store.3. When the customer goes offline, the "Send" button will change to "Send email", which means your last three messages can be sent directly to their email inbox. 4. How to check my new message?
1. Go to ChatWILL - AI Chatbot, click inbox, and click "Go to inbox". 2. You will find the new message in "Unread" list.3. Once you replied, the message will go to "Unassigned" list by default4. You can assign this conversation to yourself 5. An assign record will display in the conversation.6. This conversation will only visible in "Assigned to me" list, only you can see this conversation 7. After assigning to yourself, you will also receive a notification in you email. We hope this helps! Currently, ChatWILL does not have a standalone mobile app. To check your inbox messages on your phone, please install the Shopify mobile app first and access ChatWILL through it.📱 For iPhone Users1.
