Shipping carrier's tracking page When customers click the tracking number, they will be redirected to the official website of the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL).The tracking number is automatically filled in, so customers can immediately view their shipment status without entering any details.2. Custom tracking linkYou can set your own tracking page, such as a logistics provider or a third-party app.NOTE: After redirection, customers may need to manually enter their tracking number again.3. Parcel Panel tracking page (This option's link cannot be modified).When customers click the tracking number They will be redirected to Parcel Panel’s official tracking page, the tracking number is automatically recognized. Customers can instantly view detailed shipping information. 👉 Recommendation: For the best customer experience, use Shipping carrier’s tracking page or Parcel Panel tracking page, as they don’t require manual input.We hope this helps!
