From your ChatWILL App Dashboard, go to Chat Widget -> Style.

Here, you can personalize your chat widget’s appearance - including brand colors, chat button, launcher icon, and position - to match your store’s design.

Customization Options

1. Brand Color

You can either select from the available color templates or customize your own colors.

Adjust both the background color and text color to fit your brand theme.

2. Chat Button Style

Choose between Text and Icon, Icon Only, or Text Only display styles.

3. Launcher Icon

Select from the available default icons or upload your own custom icon.

4. Launcher Text

The launcher text supports up to 20 characters with no spaces.
