1. Create Instant Answers

1. From your Shopify Admin, go to ChatWILL - AI Chatbot App -> Chat Widget.
2. Click Create Instant Answer.

1. Enter the question and answer details, then click Save when finished.

2. Manage Visibility

To control whether an Instant Answer appears in the chat widget, use the Turn Off toggle. When this option is enabled, the Instant Answer will be hidden from the widget.

3. How Instant Answers Work

1. After you create Instant Answers, the questions will appear in the chat widget when visitors open a new live chat.

1. Customers can select a question to view the corresponding answer.

1. Before starting their first chat, customers will be asked to provide their email address.

1. After the customer submits their email address, the selected answer will be displayed automatically.
