Currently, ChatWILL does not have a standalone mobile app. To check your inbox messages on your phone, please install the Shopify mobile app first and access ChatWILL through it.
📱 For iPhone Users
1. Open the App Store in your iPhone and download the Shopify app.
2. In the Shopify app, go to the search bar and type "ChatWILL". Click "Search ChatWILL in Shopify App Store."
3. Tap “Install” to add ChatWILL to your Shopify.
4. Once installed, tap “Go to Inbox” in the hompage.
5. Then you will be able to view your messages directly on mobile.
🤖 For Android Users
Open Google Play and download the Shopify app. Follow the same steps above to search, install, and open ChatWILL from within Shopify.
